Medi-Care Services Charter

According to the directive of the 27 of January 1994 by the Council of Ministers, the relations between local service providers and citizens should be governed by the "Core principles" in order to guarantee the satisfaction of users.

Following that directive, all entities operating in the public health services (also private entities that provide services under the agreement with the National Health Service) must adopt and ensure standards of quality and services through adopting the "Service Charter (D.L. n. 163 e Legge, 11th of July 1995 n. 273), that serves and protects the rights of the citizen, also offering the power of control-ship over the quality of the provided services.

Medi-Care has developed its own Services Charter and is committed to ensure its dissemination, in order to provide participatory measures for the users. This Service Charter, in addition to providing detailed information on the services offered by Medi-Care, allows the user to assess the quality and also to make proposals concerning them, in this way allowing Medi-Care to make interventions designed for the improvement of services.
